	J.P. Environmental Products Inc. selects, designs, and manufactures filter box units to meet the environmental and operating needs of equipment in applications ranging from underground mines to high-rise office buildings. Every filter box manufactured by J. P. is custom engineered to precisely fit the equipment on which it is being used and to meet the filtration requirements specified - exactly, every time! Filtration Options The varying needs of commerce and industry demands a full arsenal of filtration options. The J. P. Environmental Products arsenal includes: FLAT/PRE-FILTERS - low and medium efficiency LOW VELOCITY ANGLE FILTERS - for reduced pressure drops BAG and CARTRIDGE FILTERS - medium and high efficiency HEPA FILTERS - ultra high efficiency ROLL FILTER SECTIONS - vertical or horizontal CARBON MEDIA FILTERS - for odour control/air purification PERMANENT MEDIA FILTERS - when filters must be cleanable INERTIAL FILTERS - for removal of airborne particulates Flat/pre-filters, angle filters, and cartridge filters can be provided with either disposable or permanent frames. Filter Selection Every filtration problem has a unique solution. At J. P. Environmental Products the first step is to assess the problem, identify all constraints, and then to recommend the best solution for the application at hand. Our engineers and technicians are ready to work with you to make sure that every requirement is met. After selecting the type of filtration, the FILTER FACE AREA CHART (below) can be used to identify the ap proximate face area needed.

	Type FIB Inlet Filter Boxes Type FIB Inlet Filter Boxes from J.P. are designed for use on ventilation and industrial fans, as well as on the inlets of other equipment and machinery. Horizontal and vertical models are available to suit the inlet configuration required, with 1, 2, 3, and 4 sided filter face designs to reduce overall box size while maintaining realistic filtration velocities. Custom slip-fit or drilled flange connections are provided to match the equipment's inlet - square, rectangular, or round. Filter Box Construction Filter boxes are supplied, as standard, in mild steel-painted or galvanized steel. Special stainless steel and aluminum designs are also available, upon request. In every case, continuously welded, airtight construction is provided with sealed filter doors/panels. ALL FILTER BOXES ARE DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED TO WITHSTAND FULLY PLUGGED FILTERS. Filter Loading and Replacement Often, the layout of floor space and the proximity of walls make filter loading and replacement a difficult process. To help reduce this problem J. P. offers filter boxes in the following filter access arrangements. On side and top loading units, bolted and quick release access panels, and hinged access doors are available.
